British television host Piers Morgan took to social media to pen a heartfelt message of gratitude for his longtime Filipina housekeeper, Cory, who recently celebrated her birthday.

“Happy 40th birthday to the wonderful Cory… our family’s incredibly loyal and hard-working cleaner, nanny, housekeeper and all-round Ms. Fixit for the past 16 years,” he posted on February 24.

He also highlighted how Cory remained youthful through the years. “The pride of the Philippines who never looks a day older (the 2nd pic was in 2014)!” he wrote, sharing a throwback photo of them more than a decade ago. “Thanks for everything you do for us, Cory.”

Fans online were quick to react to the post, with many praising Piers for recognizing Cory’s hard work and dedication.

In a separate post on February 27, Piers reacted to the overwhelming response his birthday post for Cory received, even comparing it to a post he previously shared for football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

“So, this is hilarious. Three weeks ago, I did a post wishing my friend [Cristiano] a happy birthday. It got 1.4m views and 102k ‘likes’ as befits the world’s most followed Instagram star. This week, I did a post wishing my housekeeper [Cory] a happy birthday and it’s had 13 million views and 184k ‘likes,'” he revealed.

The television then host quipped: “Which seems to suggest Cory is 9 times as big a star as Cristiano, and nearly twice as well liked.. She’s been all over Philippines media (see third pic), and I’ve even had Filipinos stopping me in the street in London to ask me to say happy birthday to her. Only a matter of time before we’re out together and someone asks me to do a selfie of them with Cory. Or worse, we’re with Cristiano and they ask him to do it… !🤣🤣”
