The actor showed off his fighting skills in the upload.

He continued, “I’m 86 today! Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young. I’m grateful for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love.

“Thank you all for being the best fans in the world,” Norris concluded. “Your support through the years has meant more to me than you’ll ever know.”

On Wednesday, Norris was rushed to the hospital over a medical emergency on the island of Kauai in Hawaii.

TMZ reported Thursday he was in good spirits after the incident — the nature of which remains unclear.

Norris’ family, however, announced his “sudden passing” in a lengthy social media statement Friday.

While wishing to “keep the circumstances private,” Norris’ loved ones clarified “that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace” when he died March 19.

They wrote, “To the world, he was a martial artist, actor, and a symbol of strength. To us, he was a devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, an incredible brother, and the heart of our family.

“While our hearts are broken, we are deeply grateful for the life he lived and for the unforgettable moments we were blessed to share with him.”

Dakota honored his late father in a touching Instagram tribute Friday.

“Thank you for everything you gave to our family and for the example you set every day,” he wrote. “I hope I can live a life that honors you and makes you proud. I love you, Dad. I’ll miss you forever.”
