Cole Prochaska was once so heavy that his scale stopped at 585 pounds. He believes he weighed even more. He ate too much fast food, drank many sodas, and did not exercise. He felt lonely and avoided social events because he was embarrassed about his body. The turning point came when his long relationship ended. Cole realized he needed to change his life.
He started with small steps. First, he walked a few blocks every day. Then he began eating healthier food, drinking water, and counting calories. Slowly, he joined a gym and started lifting weights. Over time, Cole lost 360 pounds without surgery or weight-loss medications.
Today, he weighs about 226 pounds and feels better than ever. However, he struggles with loose skin, which makes him feel shy again. To raise money for surgery, he shared a shirtless photo online. Though it was hard, his story has inspired millions. Cole says it’s never too late to change and save yourself.
