A former glamour model has left fans stunned after showcasing a drastically different appearance following multiple cosmetic procedures.
Katie Price, 46, was spotted in Rhyl, North Wales, ahead of her adult Easter panto show Pinocchio.
The former glamour model showed off her noticeably taut facial features — the result of numerous cosmetic procedures — as she walked her new 20-week-old spaniel puppy, Rookie, near the beach.
She kept it casual in a white crop top, grey tracksuit bottoms, black fleece jacket and trainers, carrying her belongings in a white crossbody bag. Her dark hair was tied up in a high ponytail.
Katie was in town for her stage run at the Pavilion Theatre alongside 90s TV star Bobby Davro.

Despite her high-profile status, reports indicate that ticket sales for Katie Price’s adult pantomime have been modest, prompting two-for-one offers as many seats remain available. The touring production has visited several venues, including Northampton, Clacton, Sevenoaks, and Buckinghamshire.
Price is well-known for her extensive history of cosmetic procedures, having undergone numerous aesthetic enhancements, Botox treatments, and reconstructive surgeries over the years. Most notably, she recently underwent her 16th breast augmentation—traveling to Belgium to receive 2,120 cc implants—as she pursues her stated goal of having the largest bust in Britain.

Katie Price’s cosmetic surgery journey has been well documented — starting with her first breast augmentation at just 20 years old.
Since then, she has had 16 boob jobs in total, including both enlargements and reductions. But it doesn’t stop there. She has also had three Brazilian butt lifts, a nose job, and six facelifts.
Katie regularly travels to Turkey and Belgium for procedures, openly calling herself an ambassador for body modification and changing her look dramatically multiple times a year.

However, Katie’s public life has also been overshadowed by controversy over her treatment of animals.
In the past six years, seven of her pets have died while in her care — including five dogs, a horse, and a chameleon — many in road accidents near her Sussex home.
After reports that she gave away a puppy when she lost interest, animal rights group PETA offered her £5,000 to sign a contract promising not to get any more pets, pointing to the “ever-growing number of animals who have either died under your supervision or been given away.”
PETA has previously accused Price of having “blood on her hands” following the string of pet deaths.

Alongside the surgeries and animal welfare controversies, Katie Price’s changing appearance has remained a constant talking point.
She first rose to fame as Page 3 girl Jordan, but her look has transformed dramatically over the past two decades through rhinoplasty, multiple facelifts, fillers and injections.
While she continues to work in reality TV and adult entertainment, her ever-evolving appearance and personal controversies often overshadow her career and have become a major part of her public image.
